Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. For expedited shipping, please choose option at checkout. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. 

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number with which you can follow your package and see remaining shipping time. Next Level Inc. is not responsible for packages once given to the courier including lost or stolen packages. For missing shipment, you will need to file an official claim with the courier as your package is insured and any reimbursement will be provided by them. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, a representative will contact you via email or phone. Please contact us using the contact form with any questions and include your order number in the reference.
